The reception area could use some serious cleaning – dirty tables everywhere!!! The lack of wi-fi and TV access in the room was disappointing!!! It's hard to enjoy a stay when basic amenities are missing!!!

electricity issues

check in took over 20 minutes, i thought they'd roll out the red carpet for me! also, the electricity was off when i arrived. i mean, i didn't even get the room i paid for! it’s almost as if they wanted to give everyone else a chance to enjoy luxury before i did. just couldn’t give them a good review though!

I stayed 2 nights and had some issues with staff rudeness. I felt like the vibe was off with lots of folks hanging outside, which made me uneasy walking around. However, the check-in guy was nice, and the hot water in the shower was great! Wish the location felt safer.
